Gerald Tegart has spent his entire professional career in the Saskatchewan Public Service. He is currently the Deputy Minister of Justice and Deputy Attorney General. Over a period spanning 30 years, he has been a Crown prosecutor, has provided legal services to virtually every agency in the provincial government and has been a senior legal manager. He is a graduate of the University of Saskatchewan (Bachelor of Civil Engineering 1973; Bachelor of Laws 1976). He was appointed Queen’s Counsel in 1993.
