Addressing Unrepresented Litigants
July 20, 2011
Library boy aka MA Sheppard has a summary post of issues related to self-represented litigants. Check out what the BC Supreme Court and the Supreme Court have prepared for individuals going to court without a lawyer and deployed by way of Court websites.
Other provinces have developed materials available on ministry websites e.g. in Ontario a Forms Assistant for small claims court and family matters and corresponding self help guides (family and small claims court) are available.
