Apostille Convention

Apostille – from the Blacks law dictionary it is a derivative from a French word meaning postcript and it is commonly used in International law realm for a “…a standard certification provided under the Hague Convention for authenticating documents…”. This article by John Gregory reviews the history and the issues of authenticating foreign documents as Canada is considering consenting to the convention.

Alberta; British Columbia; Saskatchewan; Ontario; Northwest Territories.
