This post describes the development of a versioning legislative tool for The Netherlands that uses MetaLex XML. The developer of the tool is Dr. R. Hoekstra who was one of the initial developers of the MetaLex XML format for legal sources.

“In this post I describe the process and requirements that eventually led to the MetaLex Document Server, a server that hosts all versions of Dutch national statutes and regulations published since May 2011, both as CEN MetaLex, and as Linked Data.”
