The concept of “Intellaction” is based on the union of intelligence and action. The idea behind this new word is to bring together intelligent people who come from different backgrounds to share cutting-edge ideas revolving around the CCCT-CCTJ’s objectives in order to set things in motion. As explained here, a number of groups were created to discuss and draft best practices, guidelines, case study, etc.
Eventually, the people behind these groups, the Intellacters, could be called upon to act as a sounding board in particular projects.
