David Williams is the acting lead for the Judicial Information Technology Office (JITO). Established in 2008, the JITO is governed by the three Courts of Ontario and assists them in the security and control of Judicial information.
Before emigrating to Canada, David graduated from the University of Michigan and served as an officer in the US Navy. He has also received a certificate in teaching and taught in Detroit Public schools. Prior to working for the Courts, he managed the introduction of video conferencing for remand and bail hearings in Ontario, and led the support team for court case tracking applications.
