Glenn Carbol is a corporate and intellectual property lawyer in Toronto who represents clients in business matters, IP and litigation. He has both an American and a Canadian law degree and holds an up-to-date Canadian Level II Secret Security clearance.
Prior to becoming a lawyer Glenn founded and sold two technology companies: an Internet Service Provider (ISP) and a dot-com company. He also has a deep understanding of energy and natural resource companies due to his previous employment with Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) and ConocoPhillips. Glenn was at a large national law firm prior to becoming a founding partner of Innovate LLP.
