Session description:

E-Discovery is now a practice reality in most jurisdictions across the country. Although E-discovery experts are helping parties and lawyers to learn about best practices and procedures, even in jurisdictions where rules of civil procedure have been amended to include e-discovery related obligations, courts are having difficulties dealing with electronic documents. This panel will look at the impacts of electronic discovery on trials and courts.
