Session description:

A thorough examination of the work of Canadian courts provides us an insight into trends and realities that may be otherwise overlooked. This session will look at existing data and reveal implications. It will also provide you with an opportunity to see what other jurisdictions have achieved through the analysis of court related statistics and how Canada could develop its statistical capacities in the administration of justice.
