The US Judicial Conference Committee on Court Administration and Case Management, in consultation with the Information Technology Committee and the Judicial Security Committee have revised a statement to provide guidance to courts on wireless technologies: Considerations in Establishing A Court Policy Regarding the Use of Wireless Communication Devices (2010 Update).
